I can’t even count how many times I have gone to a book or stationary store looking to find a religious product and I can’t find anything. I don’t know if it is the bad selection, or they just never think of stocking these kinds of products.

Being a Christian myself, I enjoy heading out to the store to find Christian supplies such as Christ artwork, fun cards and stationary, and books for my children. As simple as you would think it is to find these things, it has proven much harder to me than I assumed.

Lately though, I have found that there a number of online Christian specialty stores that offer exactly what I need. Even though they are usually oriented to one specific denomination, they offer products that anyone of any faith can use. I guess you could say they are general Christian store items.

By far, the church bulletins are one of the highlights of these stores. Many of them have great cover art unlike any other bulletins I have seen. And to top them off, they have very inspirational saying and quotes on the bottom or inside cover. You can even have them delivered to the church.

Another of my favorite items is the children’s books and educational materials. I no longer have to give my kids some meaningless toy that they will never play with again. Now I can give them something with a message that they can learn from. It keeps them having fun and I rest assured that they are being taught the right things.

I can’t forget all the wonderful art that I have access to. We all know how many great Christian artists there are out there. Their work is readily available at some online stores. I can’t think of a better way to show my devotion than by hanging some Christian art in my home.

Usually, if I check often, I am able to find discounts on church resources and Christian resources. Even though I wish I could buy all these items, I have to be realistic and buy only what I can afford. This is why I check every so often to see if I can find any kind of sale or discount. I am usually successful at finding something.

Thank goodness that I have found these great Christian stores to provide me with the uplifting entertainment that I need. And it’s not only me; it’s my whole family that benefits from what they sell. I would encourage every person of faith out there to check them out.
